I hope so! i really would like to see the following shows represented in DVD format:
The Flintstones On the Rocks: this TV movie was the most honest and endearing update of the modern stone age family and a wonderful adventure form the people who brought you Dexter's Lab and Samurai Jack. The compelling thing about it, though, was the 45 second clip of Fred as an animated puppet. that sequence (pix below) made my heart pitter patter.
The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show:
This show is probably the only Flintstone spin-off worth its salt. First off, the voice cast including Alan Reed is great, but more than anything, the character design is ecactly inspired by the 60's version of the show and the two shows meld very well together. Sure, the animation lacks somthing to be desired, and the stories are subpar, but it is very close in look and feel to the actual show.
Help! It's the Hair Bear Bunch!
How can you refuse a bear with an afro? There is much to say about this show and its characters, but for today i will simply say, that the stories are actually fleshed out and the characters design are wonderful. Look at these 3...how can you not want to watch that?
There are many more, but for today, but for today, let's leave it at these 3.
And BTW...You will never see me ask for that horrible excuse for a cartoon...no not the Roman Holidays...Wait Till Your Father Gets Home. why is this being released? WHY??!?!!??!?!!?!?
